Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the TechWomen program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Gender: Must be a woman.
Nationality: Be a citizen and resident of one of the eligible countries in Africa, Central and South Asia, and the Middle East. A detailed list of eligible countries is provided on the official TechWomen eligibility page.
Professional Background: Have at least two years of full-time professional experience in STEM (excluding internships).
Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
English Proficiency: Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
Commitment to Return: Be committed to returning to your home country to share the knowledge and skills acquired during the program.
Ineligible Applicants: U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and individuals currently enrolled in academic programs cannot apply.
